We are a family owned, mid-sized property management company with an easy-going, friendly office atmosphere!
The right person needs to work efficiently in a (sometimes) fast paced environment. The first half of the month is very busy, with the second half of the month a bit slower paced.
We are looking for someone experienced in Quickbooks. It’s not required, but we would need someone that can easily learn it in a timely manner. Previous property management would also be helpful.
Specific duties are, but not limited to, the following:
entering monthly rent checks and invoices
answering phones, delegating work orders, setting appointments for showings and inspections
data entry for new tenant contracts and property owner contracts
filing invoices, P & Ls, and misc. paperwork as needed
paying vendors as needed
Accuracy of all data entered, as well as familiarization of tenants & property owners, is a top priority.
Hours are Monday- Friday 10 am to 5 pm
Wage is D.O.E. We offer paid major holidays and PTO after 6 months.
