JOB SUMMARY

To provide office management and organization in scheduling and filing. This position requires at least a High School Diploma and must be at least 21 years of age.

JOB RESPONSIBILITES

Scheduling intake, GAIN/DUI assessments, groups and individual appointments.

File paperwork in timely manner.

Answer phone and taking messages.

Organizing and updating client information, as it changes

Verify information provided during intake as provided by clients.

Attendance and participation in training activities.

Plan and present staff training.

Attend weekly staff meetings.

Assist in grant location, grant application preparation and grant management.

Complete other duties as assigned by Director or Therapeutic staff.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Individual(s) will be in a non-locked facility located in a residential neighborhood. The facility is well lit and well ventilated. The facility provides outpatient services to individuals with substance use disorder, mental health disorder, or both. Individuals employed are expected to be sensitive to all gender population.

KNOWLEDGE AND TRAINING

The Administrative Manager position requires a minimum of a High School Diploma. The Administrative Manager must be able to work with clients that are high risk and suffer from Mental Health, Substance Abuse or both. The Administrative Manager must have good communication skills. The Administrative Manager must be able to work well with the client, their family, and the referral source(s). The Administrative Manager must be able to work well with outside agencies and have good working knowledge of basic computer programs such as Word and Excel.
