We are a small but successful Excavation company in Boise, Idaho and are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. We appreciate hard-working people who are driven to grow and able to perform different tasks with a variety of skills and attentiveness to detail.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Good telephone and computer skills to communicate with customers, suppliers, and team members
Experience working in QuickBooks including, tracking job costing, accounts receivables and payables, T sheets and bookkeeping
Track and process payroll
Obtain various city permits
Experience in the Construction industry a plus

This position will begin as a part time position and can grow into fulltime. We are also open to internships as well.
