Fine Grade Concrete Landscapes and More LLC is looking to hire a concrete foreman.
We are looking to expand our team and find people who want to grow with an expanding company. We pride ourselves in doing quality work and quality customer service. This is a full time leadership role that will require great attention to detail and leadership skills. Requirements:
- Must have 5 years combined experience minimum in concrete finishing, grading, form setting running equipment, hauling trailers, and leading a team.
- Must be people oriented and willing to communicate with customers during the duration of projects.
- Must be willing to conduct team meetings each morning to ensure each team member is productive and understands their daily task.
- Bi Lingual is a Bonus
- Must be able to conduct positive leadership skills within the team.
- Must be drug free and no felony's
- Clean driving record

Pay:
