We are looking to hire a qualified individual to be a team lead/ Forman. This position requires a minimum of 5 years experience is setting forms, shooting grade, and finishing concrete. The role requires strong leadership skills and a strong ability to problem solve and be forwards thinking. We specialize is custom residential work mostly, with a motel commercial/ public work. We need a qualified leader to join our ever growing company.
Qualifications:
- 5 years experience in concrete form setting, finishing, grade shooting.
-clean driving record
-drug free
-leadership skills are required. (Must be able to correct lead and push the team)
-team mindset.
