Are you an RN looking to make some extra cash? Do you have a few extra hours in your week that you could devote to helping me sustain my quality of life?
In search of (ISO) an RN looking to earn some extra cash! I’m starting my own agency and am required to have a registered nurse on staff. This isn’t a full-time or even part-time position, but it will require some flexible hours here and there. I’ve had poor experiences with in-home care agencies in the area, and Medicaid will not reimburse someone hiring private caregivers. By starting this agency, I will be able to continue living in my home, hire caregivers I trust, and not be at the mercy of an agency that doesn’t have my best interests at heart. I will be the only Participant in the agency. I am able to offer $34/hour, which reflects the reimbursement amount paid to agencies for nursing staff. I will need occasional head-to-toe assessments, bi-weekly medication refills on a pill box, and assistance training my caregivers in certain areas.
