This is an agency position, and government reimbursed so MUST be a licensed nurseno exceptions.
I am the patient's mother and prefer to locate our own nurses and submit them to the agency for consideration.
Schedule:
15-30 hours per week potentially offered. Weekend (Sat/Sun) shifts: at least TWO weekends (flexible weekend daytime hours) a month and flexible occasional evening 2ish pm-10pm requested, Tuesdays preferred but not required. (No daytime weekday availability.) If you prefer to work weekends, you can work more than 2 per month, ideally 3 or 4 if you're not on vacation.
EXAMPLE ONLY (very flexible within parameters given). We can also do two to three 6-7-ish hour shifts per week, etc. Variations available.
Week 1:
Tuesday afternoon-evening 7-10 hour shift
Saturday day 7-15 hour shift
Week 2:
Sunday day 7-15 hour shift
Tuesday afternoon-evening 7-10 hour shift
Week 3:
Tuesday afternoon-evening 7-10 hour shift
Thursday afternoon-evening 7-10 hour shift
Week 4:
Tuesday afternoon-evening 7-10 hour shift
Saturday day 7-15 hour shift
Week 5:
Sunday day 7-15 hour shift
Tuesday afternoon-evening 7-10 hour shift
Week 6:
repeat week 1 etc.

MUST be an RN or LPN, no exceptions. This is an agency position. Experience handling emergency situations is ideal.
Many shifts (tho not all) will be done with a CNA-type unlicensed staff also on shift to do all the "dirty work". No lifting required (we have a ceiling lift).
Wages:
$31/hr for an LPN + full benefits if full time through agency (this means if you pick up other clients to complete 40 hours)
$41/hr for an RN + full benefits if full time through agency (this means if you pick up other clients to complete 40 hours)
1:1 care of a nonverbal bedbound very sweet 85 lb 18-year-old young woman with seizures, intermittent PRN oxygen, formula tube feeds, and requires an occasional straight cath. The work is low-key for a nursing job. We are open to new grads. (If new grad we recommend combining with PRN hospital work to vary your skillset)
Monthly gross wages anywhere from $2015+/month (ie. LPN 15 hours/week) to $3553+/month (ie. RN 30 hours/week).
Desireable characteristics: calm, cool, collected, and good at problem solving in emergency situation; flexible, punctual, reliable, teachable, critically thinking, patient, detail oriented, understand/can read basic spreadsheets, can learn/use new phone/tablet/computer apps.
