Local Brewpub looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our management team. In the Assistant General Manager role, it will be your job to aid the General Manager in coordinating, directing and planning everyday business operations. You’ll help create weekly schedules, inventories, set up of events, ensure shifts go smoothly, manage daily operations and help with human resources as necessary. The job also entails some administrative duties, training new employees and assisting on the front and back lines when necessary. Additionally, you’ll also help lead team meetings and group training sessions.
Job Requirements:
At least three years of management experience in high capacity dining
Leadership and time-management skills
Knowledge of proper food handling techniques and procedures
Demonstrated customer and personal service skills
Nights and weekends available to fit the restaurants managerial needs
