Job Title: Store Manager/general manager (GM)

Job Type: Full-Time (50 hours a week) No regular hours or days.

Job Summary: The store manager or GM is responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant operation including sales growth, operations, financial performance, staff management and customer service.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, customer service, and staff management.

Hire, train, and manage staff, ensuring that they are knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous to customers and fellow staff members.

Ensure that all food preparation and service meets Wingstop’s high standards for quality and safety at all times. The store must always be ready for QSC inspections.

Develop and implement strategies with the District Manager to increase sales and profitability.

Monitor and manage inventory, ordering, and stocking of supplies and ingredients.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines.

Manage all financial aspects of the restaurant, including forecasting, reporting, and managing cash deposits for accuracy.

Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff, provide coaching and feedback as needed, and implement disciplinary actions as necessary.

Keeping and maintaining a clean store to include light janitorial duties, equipment cleaning, and storefront cleanliness

Ensure that all company policies and procedures are being followed to include staff and store paperwork.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in business management or related field preferred.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in restaurant management or a related field.

Knowledge of food service regulations and health and safety guidelines. Serve Safe Certification preferred.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds safely.

Sundays are a must
