With our proven and scalable operating model, we complement a healthcare organization’s infrastructure, quickly driving sustainable improvements to net patient revenue and cash flows while reducing operating costs and enhancing the patient experience.As our Supervisor over the Medicare Advantage team within our Revenue Recovery Practice, you will leverage your experience and expertise in complex Medicare Advantage payor methodology, payment screenings and experience maneuvering through various Patient Accounting systems to ensure the delivery of a quality product to Cloudmed’s clients. Every day you lead a team responsible for researching underpayments as they relate to Medicare Advantage payor population and researching processing issues, examining denials and confirming payment information with the payor websites to determine the appropriate discharge disposition/increases in reimbursement. To thrive in this role, you must have leadership and Medicare Advantage experience.Responsibilities:

Operational oversight of the Medicare Advantage team

Analyze hospital inpatient data and leverage Medicare databases to build financial models and report templates to identify client recovery trends and key performance indicators

Serve as a subject matter expert for anything related to Medicare Advantageas it relates to clients and maintain deliverable timeline

Provides leadership and oversight for the billing and collections to meet budget goals

Assist in building client relationships; develop a network of business contacts and conducts regular networking visits

Assists with efforts related to recruiting, hiring and onboarding

Conduct semi-annual evaluations for staff

Requirements:

2+ years leadership experience

3+ years Medicare Advantage experience

Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and healthcare/hospital experience

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $53,812.50 - $93,375.00 per year .
