OverviewSt. Luke’s is looking for a Manager of Nursing and Patient Care to join our Boise Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) in a full-time day shift position. Direct reports include but aren't limited to Assistant Manager Nursing/Patient Care, RNs, HUCs and CNAs.Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors' of Nursing Degree
Experience: 7 years' relevant experience
Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
Preferred Criteria
Proven leadership and development experience with staff, education, and/or systems
PICU experience
Program management & strong communication/planning skills
