Assist in the daily operational needs of the Recreation department.What will I be doing?You would be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe and fun environment for guests at the pool in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Directly supervises recreational duties necessary for efficiency of service and facility operations.
Identifies areas for improvement and implements systems or procedures to improve productivity levels
Assist and trains team members to ensure work performance meets hotels standards
Ensures the safety of guests, patrons, and team members in the Recreation and Camp Grande areas. First responder in case of medical emergency, rendering First Aid, and/or CPR.
Enforces and adheres to all Departmental and Hotel standards, policies and procedures
Respond to guest inquiries and service issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Communicates pertinent information to team members and to other managers in a timely and effective manner
Conducts preshift meetings and attend precon meetings
Perform general Recreation duties, as needed
EDUCATIONHigh school graduate or equivalent required.EXPERIENCEAt least 1 year of supervisory experience.
