As In-Room Dining Manager, you’ll lead a dynamic team to elevate guest satisfaction through innovation, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to service. If you thrive in a fast-paced, luxury environment and love inspiring teams to exceed expectations, this role is for you.What you will be doing:Foster a culture of warmth and professionalism, ensuring seamless in-room dining experiences from sunrise breakfasts to intimate evening gatherings.Resolve guest concerns with creativity and empowerment,, turning moments into lasting memories.Collaborate with cross-departmental teams (e.g., Culinary, Housekeeping, Royal Service) to uphold service standards and anticipate guest needs.Oversee inventory, par stock, and supply orders to balance luxury with cost efficiency.Implement strategies to enhance profitability while maintaining Fairmont’s renowned quality.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.Mentor and train staff through structured development plans, performance reviews, and hands-on leadership.Cultivate a motivated team of Heartists by fostering growth opportunities and recognizing excellence. Schedule staff effectively to align with forecasted demand and seasonal trends.Uphold Fairmont’s Service Promise and Accor Brand Standards in every detail.Conduct regular inspections of work areas, equipment, and service delivery to ensure impeccable standards.Stay ahead of industry trends to innovate menus and service offerings.
