Open Positions:
1️⃣ Heavy Equipment Operator – Operate excavators, loaders, and other machinery for site prep, grading, and foundation work.
2️⃣ Framing Carpenters – Construct the structural framework of homes with precision and attention to detail.
3️⃣ Finish Carpenters – Install custom trim, cabinetry, intricate moldings, wainscoting, staircases, and detailed woodwork to enhance the final look of each home. Must have a keen eye for detail, experience working with various hardwoods, and the ability to create seamless, high-quality finishes.
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver’s license
Experience in residential construction preferred
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship
