Open Positions:
Laborer's- Support carpenters, operators, and other trades
Framing Carpenters – Construct the structural framework of homes with precision and attention to detail.
Finish Carpenters – Install custom trim, cabinetry, intricate moldings, wainscoting, staircases, and detailed woodwork to enhance the final look of each home. Must have a keen eye for detail, experience working with various hardwoods, and the ability to create seamless, high-quality finishes.
Heavy Equipment Operator to operate various types of machinery to assist with site preparation, excavation, grading, and utility installation
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver’s license
Experience in residential construction preferred
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship
