What You’ll Do:
Run top-of-the-line manual and/or automatic presses with precision
Ensure every print is dialed in to perfection
Work on everything from high-volume jobs to one-off custom pieces
Keep the shop running smoothly and efficiently — quality and speed matter
Be part of a small, driven crew that values hustle, craftsmanship, and pride in the work
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: You’ve worked in a screen printing shop is a plus, but not a must! We are willing to train.
Work Ethic: You show up ready to grind, problem-solve, and push for excellence
Commitment: You’re looking to grow long-term — this is more than a paycheck
