Hawaii Boat Clubs is seeking a Dock Master for our Harbor operations. As one of the faces of our company, the Dock Master greets and assists members, launches our fleet, assists with departures and returns, refuels boats, and ensures boats are properly maintained, cleaned and stored daily.

What You'll Do:
Member Interaction: Greet members with a friendly, upbeat attitude as they depart and return vessels.
Complete Daily Clerical Taks: Check and maintain reservation log, Check in-/Check-out Members (pictures log, fuel log, engine log, expenses log, incident reports)
Boat Operations: Trailering and launching the boats, drive boats between slips and the loading area, On-Water member training, assist with boarding, and ensure safety equipment is onboard.
Boat Maintenance: Attention to detail required every launch. Fuel boats, clean and stage equipment, conduct deep cleans as needed. perform minor boat maintenance or schedule reoccurring maintenance as needed. Please let us know if you have past boat maintance experience
Safety and Traffic Control: Check Weather Reports, Maintain a calm, positive attitude during busy periods, marina traffic, trainings and assisting to dock.
BOAT SALES: Through our sister company Ohana Boat Sales LLC you will be our Blackfin Boats Sales Representative. Learning all about our premium brand and demonstrating to potential clients.
Qualifications:
Pass a background check and screening.
Valid driver’s license; a captain’s 6-pack license is preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Physical ability to lift/carry up to 30 pounds and perform boat cleaning tasks.
Effective communication skills and a strong focus on customer service.
Ability to work unsupervised with high attention to detail.
Must be available for weekend and holiday shifts.
