Position: Part / Full Time
We are seeking an experienced Lead Rigger to join our team. If you're passionate about sailing and have 5+ years of full-time experience as a rigger, we would love to hear from you!
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of full-time experience rigging sailboats within the past 10 years - with references
Excellent communication skills
Practical, hands-on sailing experience
Honest and reliable
Strong attention to detail
Project management skills to keep projects on schedule and within budget
Willingness to learn and follow our established methods
Live on Oahu
