HPG. LLC, General Contractor, is looking to hire a full-time person Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5PM, applicants must have a good work ethic, great attitude, be able to follow instructions and work while unsupervised, 3 years' experience required. Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
You will support an assigned project site and performs a wide variety of duties that would be typical of a "handyman".
You shall demonstrate the ability to function efficiently and productively as an individual and a team member, with all the interpersonal skills required to build and maintain cooperative working relationships with a variety of individuals and work groups. Ability to communicate clearly and accurately, and interact effectively with a diverse community of staff, management, vendors, and public in a service-oriented environment while following company policies. Ability to effectively implement the goals and needs of the department while still complying with relevant policy.

Monday through Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm)
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Repair damage to walls, cabinets, counters, plumbing clogs, building/shop equipment, and machinery, etc.
Demolition of work areas
Help install metal studs, drywall, tape, mud and paint as needed.
Help R&R cabinets, drywall, vanity’s, fixtures, appliances, etc.
Help to move furniture, office equipment or other items
Help prep and protect residents and work areas.
This person must be flexible and willing to complete all assigned tasks.
Always maintains a friendly and courteous demeanor.
Help cleans and wipes windows, doors, walls, closets and fixtures in rooms, public areas and hallways as needed
Must have a good eye for details
Qualifications:
3 years Demolition, Hazmat, Handyperson, Drywall or Carpentry experience
Able to over lift 50+ lbs.
Able to stand for long periods of time
Able to communicate effectively in English
Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, and work with minimal supervision
Must be punctual and reliable attendance
Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with co-workers
Knowledge of proper equipment and hand tools
Must have transportation to get to project site
