We have Part Time Three Days A Week for a All Around expert Handyman, Maintenance, Landscaper, Organic gardener:
Skill set to include Carpentry, Electric, Plumbing Landscape installation and Organic Gardening, Artist Is Best, Off Grid knowledge and innovation is Great and a plus. Can build from the ground up. Has an artistic flare is preferred.
We have a three day open to start with, if all goes well then we can keep you and allocate more hours.
Must be organized tidy good natured easy to work, smart, fast, honest hard working and enjoys being busy.
Positive, enthusiastic, artistic and an eye for balance!
Will also include being a project manager, who can source and keep project on track on budget and on time sourcing materials at best price and best quality great. Also being an Eco friendly whenever possible, organization know how to source, with those that are doing remodeling, in order to recycling materials with contacting remodeling companies and or Habitate or CL and or getting donations and or probono help, being resourceful & Can help manage volunteers.
Hence If you have a data base of others in the people in the construction field Landscape and organic gardening that is a plus.
We are part of a charity so cost effective and on time and under budget is important as well as reuse, refurbish and recycling materials when we can helps the environment and our planet. The incudes two hours a week of volunteer work so those that come from the place of Aloha for the Aina is first is perfect and helping our Kanaka Kupuna.
Being eager and enthusiastic to jump in when needed, Doing the needful as sometimes you will be asked to pick up students or visitors or run errands do shopping, or help set up with educational presentation items.
If you are engaging, funny, entertaining love to teach, you can also help lead natural and cultural history tours & the tips are very good most times.
Must have a Clean driving record and a valid drivers license.

WORK TRADE OPTION:
A lovely tropical jungle location, we have a nice large room with its own entrance for a full work trade situation, with a fair wage & full work trade comes with weekly pure vegetarian food items. Couple are ok but we are not set up for kids or dogs, but a cat or bird are allowed if well behaved.
This location is more for a someone who loves jungle living, camping is a great around handyman, who knows landscaping as well and if you know organic gardening and landscape design & edible organic is a plus. Having an artist sense, tidy organized detail oriented is a requirement.
It is a simple living higher thinking lifestyle, great for one with few possessions, enjoys a rustic off grid wild wilderness rainforest situation.
