Receptionists/Front Desk Coordinator
Description:
- Greeting and welcoming clients
- Scheduling Appointments
- Answering telephones and providing information on location, services available, costs, etc.
- Making reminder calls to confirmed appointments
- Collecting consultation and other fees, issue receipts, and record and reconcile cash received with receipts.
- Clean and maintain receptionists area

Requirements:
- Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc) and internet email
- Be Personable!
