DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented sales associate to join our Maui team to promote and sale our high-quality seafood products and fresh fish. As a sale associate, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction. RESPOSINSIBILITIES:
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to promote sales of seafood products.
Achieve monthly sales targets by proactively contacting potential and existing customers.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.
Conduct product presentations and tastings to generate interest in our seafood products.
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors’ products to identify sales opportunities.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track and analyze sales performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the seafood industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
