THE COLLECTION | Seeking Full Time Residential Specialists/Security Guard
The Collection is a luxury condominium located in Kakaako. We envision a community that offers an inspiring lifestyle, quality of life, and one of the most desirable places to live and work in Kaka’ako.
Work Hours: Overnight 11PM-7AM. Days off vary.
Job Qualifications Include (but not limited to):
Proven experience as a Security Officer or in a related field. (Not required. Willing to train)
Strong observational and communication skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
Knowledge of basic security and safety procedures.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor and address security concerns.
Enforce access control measures to ensure only authorized individuals enter the facility.
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, utilizing sound judgment and following established protocols.
Maintain a visible and authoritative presence to deter unauthorized activities.
Complete thorough and accurate incident reports, documenting any security-related issues.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Hawaii Security Guard License.
Compensation and Benefits:
Up to $18.00 / hour – commensurate with experience.

Paid Vacation: After 1 year of service, 10 days, After 3 years of service, 15 days
