Luxury Condominium is looking to hire professional, dedicated, and reliable team first person(s) to fill out our staff. Perform a wide range of concierge and safety orientated activities for the front office and managers to facilitate the efficient operation of the property and the Association. Attending to residents and visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Patrolling and Governing Documents compliance.
Duties to included but not be limited to:
Watching cameras, Access control monitors, gate arms, and elevator control screen.
Accessing Resident Database and verifying information
Patrolling the property
Having contractors and guest sign in
Contacting First Responders when needed.
