With the imminent departure of our current Tour Manager, we are looking to hire a highly organized, personable, and proactive individual to take over the front-of-the house operations, guest relations, booking management, gift shop operations for the Garden. The ideal candidate should be exceptional with guests, a strong communicator, and a natural team player who thrives while handling daily logistics and long-term projects.
Key Skills: Front-of-house management, guest services, gift shop sales management, phone, bookings, email correspondence and product ordering. Experience with FareHarbor a big plus.
