Position Title: Assistant Store Manager - Japanese Speaking
Our Assistant Store Managers are responsible for mentoring employees, enhancing customer satisfaction, meeting sales goals, and sharing the accountability of the overall management of the store.
Duties:
-Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and exemplifying "Gracious Hawaiian Living"
-Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
-Develop business strategies to increase sales and optimize profitability
-Ensure store environment meets company standards
-Co-ordinate scheduling to meet the needs of the store
Requirements:
