Our Retail Assistant Managers are responsible for representing the "Aloha Spirit" in our stores.
The ideal candidate will assist in all facets of sales, operations, and customer service, as well as helping to guide, coach and mentor our associates.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Store Mange in all aspects of store management
-Meet sales goals
-Provide excellent customer service
-Develop client relationships
-Ensure store environment meets company standards
-Co-ordinate scheduling to meet the needs of the store
