Martin & MacArthur is currently seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Whalers' Village location
Our Assistant Store Managers are responsible for mentoring employees, enhancing customer satisfaction, meeting sales goals, and being accountable for assisting in the overall management of the store.
Duties:
-Meet personal and store sales goals. Assisting sales associates to achieve sales goals by training, motivating, and mentoring.
-Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
-Develop business strategies to increase sales and profitability
-Ensure store environment exemplifies Gracious Hawaiian Living
-Assist Manager to co-ordinate scheduling to optimize productivity
Requirements:
-Proven successful experience in store management
-Powerful leading skills
-Strong organizational skills
-Good communication and interpersonal skills

Retail: 2 years
Management: 1 year
