Duties to include (but not limited to):
Long term rental property duties:
- Lease renewals
- Conduct regular property inspections
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance/repair work
- Purchasing and arranging delivery of appliances as needed
- Manage non-emergency AND emergency issues in a timely manner
- Schedule and show available properties
- Screen potential applicants
Vacation rental property duties:
- Check-ins: Ensure property is properly cleaned and all supplies are stocked
- Check-outs: Ensure guests left property in good condition. Note any excessive
cleaning needed, any missing/broken items. Take photos if necessary and provide to
Property Management counterparts and Bookkeeper
- Assist guests with non-emergency issues (lock-outs, providing codes, check-in instructions, etc.)
AND emergency issues in a timely manner
Shopping:
- Purchasing and delivering of supplies as needed (could include small appliances, laundry
items, gifts, pest control products, etc.)
Office Assistance:
- Data entry into PropertyWare software
- Uploading documents
- Filing
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Assisting Bookkeeper as needed
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have a positive attitude AND good work ethic
- Have the ability to lift up to 30lbs
- Have the ability to go up and down stairs frequently
- Have superb customer service skills and communication skills
Position REQUIREMENTS:
- Active Hawaii State Real Estate License
- Ability to work weekend hours (REQUIRED)
- Reliable transportation, a clean driving record and valid auto insurance (REQUIRED)
- Computer skills and the ability to learn software
