Perform inspections of my property every 6 months

I have a property on Oahu that is currently rented and I intend to make it my forever home. I screen my own tenants, handle repairs and maintenance, and attend to all matters associated with the property. I need to hire someone who can assist me by inspecting the inside and outside of the property every 6 months at a pre-arranged time with my tenants and take photographs documenting any issues with the property. I may also need this person to meet repair people when I am not available. I am looking for someone who is responsible, detail-oriented, and good at interacting with other people. This is a gig position, but I need someone who intends to stay on Oahu long term. This is a great opportunity for the right person. Mahalo!
