Background preferred:
+ Associates degree or equivalent
+ Customer service with strong oral and written communication skills
+ General office duties and knowledge of basic accounting principles
Required:
+ Real Estate license within 3 months
+ Automobile in good condition
+ Proficient in MS Word and Excel and computers in general
+ Type 35+ wpm
+ Excellent vision and hearing
+ Able to lift 30 lbs
MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE LICENSE OR IN THE PROCESS OF OBTAINING
LICENSE AND CAR. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
HOURS: M-F, 8:00am to 5:30pm - closed weekends and bank holidays.
STARTING SALARY RANGE: $60K to $65K (inclusive)
BENEFIT PACKAGE: Fully paid HMSA medical and dental plan, sick leave,
vacation, parking.
