We are currently seeking a motivated and friendly administrative assistant to join our team and help us continue providing outstanding service to our clients. In this position you will support our Tax Professionals. This position involves exceptional customer service, time management skills, project and deadline tracking, ability to work under pressure in a high-paced environment, and extreme attention to detail.
Responsibilities and duties:
Communicate with clients by phone and email
Create and maintain database records
Prepare routine correspondence
Project management
Document management
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience as an Administrative Assistant/Secretary
Excellent administrative, verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Exceptional customer service
Must be able to work independently and follow directions easily
Time management
Strong organizational skills
Accurate typing and prior exposure to Microsoft Office programs
Ability to operate computers, photocopiers/scanners, and fax machines
College degree is preferred

Starting Pay:
$20.00 to $25.00/hour (depending on experience)
Evaluation of pay increase conducted after completion of 60-day probation period
