Large downtown condominium seeking a full-time administrative assistant to work with and be a part of our management team. Experience in property/residential management field preferred but not required. Computer literate candidates with great interpersonal skills, strong work ethic and integrity are being sought. Additional Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service both via phone and in person.
Responds and acts upon all resident questions, concerns and complaints.
Accurate Data Entry of routine correspondence and work orders.
Coordinate/schedule work orders and dispatch appropriate personnel.
Handle a high volume of paperwork, correspondence, and reports.
Assist with general office duties, including filing, scanning, data entry, copying, etc.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Qualifications:
High School Graduate (Diploma or Equivalent).
Must have at least 2 years of administrative work experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Must be able to maintain confidential information.
Ability to work well independently and in a group setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
