About Us: Ho'ola Massage Academy is dedicated to providing students with a space to practice therapeutic massage services while they study to become licensed massage therapist. We take pride in creating a welcoming and peaceful environment for both clients and staff. We are currently looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional receptionist to join our team. Job Description: As a Receptionist at Ho'ola Massage Academy, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they have a positive experience from the moment they walk in or call. Your primary responsibilities will include customer service, phone management, client check-ins/outs, and assisting with bookings and memberships. You’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth clinic operations and promoting our services. Training in our system will be provided for $14/hour for 2 weeks. We are looking for soemone to work Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and possibly Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner

Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and book appointments

Check clients in and out for appointments

Handle payments and process transactions accurately

Promote and advertise clinic memberships and packages to clients

Maintain appointment schedule and ensure efficient time management

Handle basic office tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing client records

Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times

Assist with social media and marketing efforts as needed

Requirements:

Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional and friendly demeanor

Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills and knowledge of booking software (or willingness to learn)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Enthusiasm for health and wellness is a plus!
