Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll/Benefits Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in reconciling weekly time-card discrepancies and maintaining employee benefits programs.
Responsibilities
Reconcile weekly payroll time-card discrepancies with department managers.
Pay and record employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Maintain employee files.
Perform account reconciliation and journal entries related to benefits transactions.
Distribute/enter new hire into payroll/accounting system.
Qualifications
Familiarity with accounting principles (primarily accounts payable)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field a plus.
