Compensation: $55,000 - 65,000 annually (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

We take pride in our quality repairs, strong customer relationships, and supportive team environment. We’re currently looking for a dependable, organized, and people-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our crew.

-About the Role

As the Front Office Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for customers — managing estimate appointments, answering questions, and helping the day-to-day front office run smoothly. This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and strong organization. You’ll be working closely with our estimators, customers, and vendors.

-Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls, emails, and text inquiries professionally

Schedule estimate appointments and collect necessary information

Greet customers during drop-offs and assist with check-in needs

Ensure customer information is accurately entered into our internal tracking systems and assist with daily updates to the schedule

Monitor and respond to messages from our customer communication platforms

Maintain a clean and welcoming front office (restocking coffee station, wiping down counters, etc.)

Help manage office supplies and place orders as needed

Support other departments as needed with general office tasks

-What We’re Looking For

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Clear communicator with a friendly and professional tone

Comfortable using computers, email, and scheduling tools

Self-starter with great follow-through

Reliable, punctual, team-oriented, and a quick thinker who can stay organized and support a busy team

-Bonus (but not required):

Prior customer service or office admin experience

Experience in auto repair, insurance, or a service-based business

Familiarity with the Kauai community
