We are a small contracting firm in need of an office manager. Approximately 15 employees.
Duties include:
Accounts payable
Assisting with accounts receivable
Answering phones
Scheduling appointments
Responding to emails
Filing and clerical work
Human resources
Payroll
Software used:
Quickbooks
Word/Excel
HR portals
ServiceTitan
Hours of operation are 7 AM to 3 PM Monday to Friday
Prior experience as an office manager is a definite plus.
