What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greet clients and handle phone/email inquiries
- Manage attorney’s calendar and appointments
- Assist with client intake and follow-up
- Organize files and legal documents
- Process payments and track expenses
- Coordinate between offices
- Light social media posting (training provided)
What We’re Looking For:
Organized and able to multitask
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable with Word, Excel, Google Drive
Office experience a plus (legal experience even better!)
Filipino language a plus but not required
