Karma Tour is looking for highly motivated energetic individual with background experience. Must have Excellent written/verbal communication talents, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
Efficient in Google Suite, Ideal candidate will be working in Tour operator industries, able to prioritize and skilled to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously. Must be Professional demeanor and fast learner.
Positions: This position emphasis in office clerical work, check emails, basic accounting, dispatch and scheduling, all functions as well as assisting the Operations of the company.

Work Hours: 8am - 5pm
5 Days a week
Duties Include, but are not limited to:
1. Consolidate and prepare invoices for billing, sort and distribute incoming emails.
2. Match invoices to credit card, obtain all signatures for checks and distribute accordingly to include filing of documents.
3. Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with Company policies.
4. Monthly accounts payable and receivable reconciliation documents.
5. Assists with all incoming calls, other projects as needed and completes all other duties as assigned by Karma Management.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma, Must be PC proficient with good typing speed. Must have the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug test.
