Overview:
We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team for weekends and weekday evenings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks and exceptional customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the facility and services
- Coordinate guest requests with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Maintain and prepare inventory for upcoming reservations
