Our high-end wellness and hospitality brand based on the Big Island, is seeking a trustworthy, detail-oriented bookkeeper and personal assistant to support our operations.
This hybrid role includes managing financial records, processing invoices and payroll, as well as supporting the founders with errands, scheduling, supply orders, and project coordination. You'll be joining a heart-centered team passionate about wellness, beauty, and service excellence.
Responsibilities include:
Weekly bookkeeping (QuickBooks preferred)
Managing accounts payable/receivable
Payroll and GET/TAT tax tracking
Budget reporting and financial filing
Scheduling and calendar management
Personal errands and light admin tasks
Retreat prep assistance (inventory/supply runs)
You are:
Reliable, discreet, and organized
Proficient in QuickBooks and Google Workspace
Available 10–20 hrs/week with flexibility
Local to Hamakua Coast, Big Island, Hawaii and able to run errands as needed
Passionate about wellness and inspired environments
