This is a hybrid position for both Accounts Receivable Clerk and Food Safety & Quality Associate, duties breakdown (85% office / 15% warehouse). Prior experience in AR type of duty, Data Entry and Excel is required.

Accounts Receivable Clerk
- Ensure customer payment is posted correctly and supportive documentation are all saved in the cash receipt entry batch.
- Process in-person or will-call customer payments
- Simple data entry and field incoming customer billing calls
- Basic accounts receivable and cash receipt accounting knowledge is helpful
- Other AR- related task as needed by Accounting Dept
Food Safety & Quality Associate
- Conduct GMP walks inside chilled warehouse (35 - 42 degree environment)
- Evaluate daily observation of food production processes and log monitoring forms and report any needed corrective action to QA team members.
- Other task as assigned by Food Safety Team Lead.
- Must be willing to work flexible work schedules, including weekends and holidays
$20/hr to start.
