Looking for a highly motivated individual who has exceptional administrative and research skills. An effective Administrative clerk should be detail-oriented, exercise sound judgment and must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen interest in providing purposeful support to the organization.
Responsibilities:
These responsibilities are performed by the Administrative clerk, but are not limited to:
Maintain Files and Records so they remain updated and easily accessible
Answering the phone to take messages or directing calls to appropriate colleagues
Managing digital document filing, including encrypted documents and email correspondence
Transcribing or taking notes during meetings and writing minutes, memos and/or agendas
Perform accurate research and analysis
Compile, proofread and revise drafts of documents and reports
Daily record keeping with electronic and hard copy filing of documents
Obtain relevant information from other organizations or agencies
Respond to all case-related queries
Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance
Education & Requirements:
High School Diploma
Associates degree in applied science: Business Management (Not required)
0-2 years of office experience
Competencies and Skills:
In-depth working knowledge of relevant computer programs including MS Office
Analytical thinker with detailed research proficiencies
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively handle sensitive and confidential information
Position Details:
Schedule: Full Time, M-F, 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Pay: Starting at $38,000 to $45,000 doe
