We are a locally family-owned catamaran boat company that tours the NaPali coast and Niihau looking to add to our team a Marketing Coordinator who can participate in various stages of in-person, print and online marketing campaigns.
The Marketing Coordinator should have an outgoing personality and be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Marketing Coordinator Duties:
- Greet visitors and answer questions about our products and services in person, on the phone and via email
- Assist in the creation of ads, flyers, email campaigns, social media posts, etc.
- Order and maintain inventory of promotional items
- Assist in website maintenance
- Assist with the preparation of handouts
- Collect data and generate reports
- General support of sales team
- Maintain calendars and schedules
- Organize and manage files (hardcopy and digital)
- Online outreach and promotion using Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- Prepare and file documents and spreadsheets
- Work 2 reservation office shifts each week
Marketing Coordinator Requirements:
- Self-starter and able to independently move projects forward and meet deadlines
- Proficient in word processing and spreadsheets, internet and social media
- Reliable and flexible
- Organized
- Suggested schedule:
Friday, Saturday, Sunday - afternoon shifts
Weekdays - 2 morning shifts
