Your Role as Content Creator & Marketing Manager

You’re our voice, our vibe, and our visual identity. You’ll lead the charge in creating intentional, authentic content while developing marketing strategies that elevate our brand and deepen our community roots. This is a unique role for someone who can balance creativity with strategy, aesthetics with analytics, and heart with hustle.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute cohesive branding and marketing strategies

Create, schedule, and manage content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms

Maintain and regularly update our website, email newsletters, and digital storefronts

Coordinate promotional events and community collaborations

Build customer loyalty through intentional storytelling and engagement

Design or direct the creation of photo/video content, graphics, and branded visuals

Work closely with leadership to ensure all messaging reflects our mission and values

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field or equivalent professional experience

Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or brand strategy

Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, and social media platforms

Strong storytelling and visual communication skills

Ability to self-direct and manage projects with creative freedom

Preferred:

Experience with community-centered or purpose-driven brands

Understanding of inclusive marketing and culturally respectful engagement
