We are a Property Management Company searching for an individual that has handyman experience, will delegate maintenance tasks that is out of their wheelhouse, and oversee project outcomes. Build professional relationships with the team and third-party vendors, and document actions taken. This person will deliver items to our properties, pickup items and stock inventory.

-Basic set of tools for handyman tasks
-Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
-A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
