We are looking for a skilled and reliable individual to join our team as a Full-Time Site Manager. You must accomplish a daily routine of general and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure proper functioning and upkeep of facilities and equipment.
You are the association condominium representative and must be able to conduct yourself in a professional manner. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay, benefits package and an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Performs a variety of cleaning & maintenance duties, including but not limited to cleaning of buildings, servicing restrooms & laundry facilities, emptying garbage cans, and ensuring the overall appearance of the property is adequate to the Board of Directors’ standards.
Responsible for pool cleaning and maintenance.
Basic Landscaping upkeep and maintenance.
Enforcement of House Rules with the assistance of the Board of Directors.
Ability to seek bids, quotes, etc. for projects and repairs needed by the AOAO.
Assist with special projects, assigned by the Board of Directors.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role is preferred.
Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time-management skills are required.
Compensation:
Offering $25.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience and ability.
