Part time Nursery worker/Orchid Potter at Orchid Nursery in Kapaa.
Applicants must be honest, reliable, and willing to learn about orchids. General orchid knowledge and or greenhouse/nursery experience would be helpful, however, we expect to do some training.
Part time nursery worker in the greenhouse. $15 an hour (cash) starting-($17 an hour after 6 month training period.)
Person will also learn to prepare orchids for shipping, pot, repot, and stake orchids, weed, water, keep greenhouses clean. minor greenhouse repairs, 2-4 days a week. Must be able to lift 20 pounds, and able to walk to and around multiple greenhouses. Applicants must have their own reliable transportation.
