Position Overview:
Hourly Rate: $21-$23/hr with Tips
Join our team where you can earn a competitive base rate of $16 per hour, plus average tips ranging from $5 to $7 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on property and equipment.
- Assist with basic plumbing, painting, electrical, or carpentry tasks.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Report any issues or needed repairs to management.
- Be proactive and dependable in supporting daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Basic maintenance or handyman experience preferred
- Able to lift 50 lbs and handle physical tasks
- Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
- Punctual, trustworthy, and team-oriented
