Are you ready to be a part of a reputable landscaping company with over 20 years of excellence on Maui? We're expanding and seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Landscape Maintenance Technicians.
Position: Landscape Maintenance / Installation Technician
Location: South Maui
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance (2 years preferred)
Proficiency with landscaping tools, including Tru-Cut/Reel Mower, weed eater, edger, etc.
Attention to detail, good time management, positive attitude, and ability to work well in a team
Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy loads, work long hours, and endure various weather conditions
Valid driver's license preferred
Responsibilities:
Perform landscape maintenance tasks including weeding, mowing, and material movement
Work independently and alongside team members to ensure quality results
Follow instructions accurately and respond positively to feedback
Benefits:
Hiring bonus payable after 90 days of successful employment
Competitive pay: $22.50 to $25.00 per hour or more (depending on experience)
Full-time position, Monday - Friday with occasional weekend overtime
Health insurance and bonuses for successful referrals.
